About Me

Most clients choose the convenience of working with me by phone.

I’ve helped people across the country find the right health coverage. Most of those relationships happen by phone, making it easy to reach me when you need help most.

A personal note

How I Serve My Clients

What I do daily is help people feel confident about their health coverage.

That means answering questions, explaining options, and being there when things change. Many clients reach out year after year because they know they have someone they can call when they need help.

I don’t believe in pressure or rushing decisions. I believe in listening, explaining your choices clearly, and giving you the time you need to choose what’s right for you.

I’m licensed in 39 states, and if I can’t help, I’ll always be upfront about it.

How I work

Four things you can expect from me.

I work for you, not an insurance company

I’m an independent broker who works for you, not an insurance company. I compare plans, explain your options, and help you choose coverage that’s right for you.

No extra cost to you

Working with me doesn’t add to your cost. You pay the same premium, while I help you compare options and make the process easier.

I’m here after enrollment

Enrollment is the start of our relationship. I’m here for questions, changes, and decisions that come up along the way.

Your choice

The decision is always yours. I’ll provide the information you need, and if you have time to consider your options, I’ll be here to help.

What I help with

My goal is to be a trusted resource and a person you can turn to throughout your coverage journey.

Questions

Things people ask before they call.

Do we have to meet in person?

No, and most of my clients and I never have. We handle everything by phone, and many have been with me for years. If you’d rather do it another way, tell me and we’ll work it out.

Can you help in my state?

I’m licensed in 39 states. Ask me; if I can’t help where you are, I’ll tell you straight away rather than waste your time.

Which companies do you represent?

A number of them, and which ones depends on the type of coverage and on where you live. I don’t represent every company available in your area, and I’ll always tell you what I can and can’t quote you. For anything outside that, Medicare.gov and 1-800-MEDICARE can show you everything.

What if I already have a plan?

Then the useful thing is a second opinion, and it’s free. Sometimes the review ends with me telling you to keep what you’ve got. That happens often, and it’s a perfectly good outcome.
