Before you call

Nothing is required, but this helps.

If you happen to have these to hand, we’ll get a lot further in the first call. If you don’t, call anyway.

  1. Your doctors

    Names of everyone you see (primary care and every specialist) plus the hospital you’d want to use.

  2. Your prescriptions

    The actual names and doses, and the pharmacy you fill them at. This is the detail that changes the answer most.

  3. What you have now

    Any coverage through an employer, a union or the VA, and your Medicare card if you already have one.
